Telephone records analysis

The use of telecommunication is increasing exponentially. Employers are purchasing all kinds of equipment for their employees – not just fixed and mobile phones, but also modern gadgets like the Blackberry. These are intended to help employees to do their work but unfortunately they are also used for undesirable or illegal activities. To do this, we use several different instruments. First we gather as much information as possible. Then we display our findings in tables, graphs, flow diagrams and overviews of the relationship structure.
 
We can also forensically investigate mobile phones, Blackberries or PDA’s with telecommunication options. First, we retrieve the call data from the phone memory and the SIM memory. Then we analyse that information. Amongst other things, we can retrieve deleted information such as text messages, call data (incoming and outgoing), memo notes, agenda data, contact information, etc.
