As a small businesswoman and Personnel Manage, I have frequently come up against irregularities in organisations during the last couple of years. After my contacts with Hoffmann, I started carefully selecting my personnel at the gate. I think that screening is the ideal way of excluding as many uncertainties as possible when you hire people. The workshop Screening taught me about extra sources of knowledge, information channels and methodologies that I can certainly use in my daily work.
