Field service investigations

What are your sales reps, your sales managers, your regional sales reps or all those other employees that work in the field actually doing? We regularly use our expertise to answer this question. But we also investigate the activities of employees working for the collection services for household refuse or business waste, for example, or the drivers of meat vehicles and other transport.
 
The activities of the employees in question are monitored by at least two observers. Sometimes ─ for example, because of the location being monitored, the (criminal) background of the suspected perpetrator (you may already have conducted your own observations but were spotted), or the complex aim of the investigation ─ we may have to deploy several observers and our observation vehicle. We then perform our observations on a number of non-consecutive days. Each day, we inform you about the results of our observations. We can then get together to evaluate and discuss which steps to be taken so that the investigation is conducted efficiently and effectively. Once we have completed our observations, we confront the suspected perpetrator with the results of the investigation, backed up with photographic or video evidence.
 
These investigations include background searches so that we and you are fully informed about the relevant employee and are therefore not confronted with any unpleasant surprises during the face-to-face interview.
