Background searches

You may not need information about companies or organisations but information about individuals. For example, a particular person wants to take over your company and you want to know more about that person’s background. Or you want to take on a new employee but you want to be sure the person is reliable.
 
You may just want us to perform a general background investigation, but you may also want a scene background investigation that answers specific questions. The starting point is the collection of as much information as possible from public sources. In addition, we can contact people by telephone and in person for further information.
 
Every year, we conduct a huge number of pre-employment screenings. One fixed component of these screenings is a thorough information search.
 
We regularly carry out integrity checks on personnel for companies and government bodies. To do this, we look at aspects such as conflicts of interest and improper moonlighting activities. We often see that organisations have no clear or adequate rules of conduct for dealing with unwanted behaviour. And even if there are such rules, checks are rarely performed to make sure they are being followed.
If you are not sure about the moonlighting activities of your employees, particularly those in jobs that involve frequent contact with the outside world, we recommend that you schedule regular investigations.
